Grandstream GXP2170Pro IP Phone
Welcome to your new enterprise phone system. This 12-line device features a brilliant 4.3-inch color display. Follow the steps below to connect it to the Dubtel network.
Setup Instructions
1. Assemble the Hardware
Before connecting to power, connect your physical accessories to the main unit.
- AAttach the StandLine up the hooks on the included stand with the mounting slots on the back of the phone and slide upwards to lock it in place.
- BConnect the HandsetPlug the coiled cord into the handset port on the bottom back of the unit (marked with a small phone icon) and the other end into the receiver.
2. Connect to the Network
Connect your phone to the internet. Select the method below that applies to your office setup.
Power over Ethernet
Connect the Ethernet cable from your PoE router/switch into the LAN port (Network Icon) on the back. The power adapter is not needed.
Standard Setup
Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port. Then, plug the provided 12V power adapter into the wall and the back of the device.
3. Wait for Configuration
Once power is connected, the screen will turn on and begin searching for the Dubtel servers directly.
Important: Do Not Unplug
The phone will download firmware updates and your secure extension profile automatically. It may reboot 1 to 2 times during this process.
Setup is complete when the screen shows the correct date, time, and your extension number!

Troubleshooting
If your screen says "Network Down", please double-check that your ethernet cable is secure.
